This break could not have come at a better time, but it is insane to think that the semester is already half way over :/ Es un poco triste, yes I told myself I would work on my Spanish this break. I actually have 4,000 things I want to do. Honestly, I constantly think about the future and always do something that consists of my future career. 

Hm, it’s only because I’m a junior. A summer internship in New York would mean the world to me, we’ll see what happens…but i’ll definitely find sometime to relax this break too!

I can’t believe I am at my junior year applying for real internships. It’s ridiculous, I never expected to even be in contact with these people. Life really does have a way of working itself out. I haven’t gotten any internship yet, but I know that God has a plan for me and all of that will unfold in time. I can’t wait to see what the future has to offer. At the same time, I also need to focus on the present…mainly school. My classes are actually quite fascinating this semester and it’s been a while since I’ve actually been interested in the material.

Wow, so it’s been a while. It’s mostly because my computer has been so unreliable. Blah, I hate when technology fails me. Anyway, I feel like reflecting. 

2012, it was honestly a pretty amazing year for me. Got to travel around EUROPE for the first time…one of the most unforgettable and best experiences of my life!! Learned some travel lessons and definitely doing things a little differently next time. Like I said before, I can’t wait to travel with a non-school program. It would be so much better to travel with my closest friends. It would be even coolER to live abroad when I graduate. Even though this may be a little difficult, I’d love to get a job somewhere out of the country! I’m just craving for more international experiences. Then again, an apartment in New York City would basically be the same thing. For the most part, those have been my top choices. I don’t know, I’m just tired of being so sheltered and I want to continue seeing more of the world. 

2013, What is up!? This year is already feeling pretty good. I am so thankful my mom’s daycare business is taking off and I am praying it will continue to prosper. It’s so heart warming to get to know those kids. I’m proud of my mom, she’s doing great things! School, enough said. Woo! Junior year, 3 more semesters in college…unbelievable. I know I’m being a debbie downer, but I will be ready to go by the time 4th year comes around. I just want to start my life already. Hopefully things work out for this summer, still in search for my perfect internship…but I know God will place me where I’m supposed to be. Can’t wait to see what else is in store. So looking forward to these next few months, especially next Friday! Haha, see you soon Donovan!
